We have been retained by a private equity backed insurance agency in their search for a first-class corporate M&A Attorney or experienced M&A Underwriter to join the practice due to growth. They are considered to be one of the most progressive brands within M&A insurance by the Broker community.

You will be a commercial and technically astute M&A Attorney or Underwriter with confidence at the transactions deal table. Attorney's looking to make this transition will have motivations to leave private practice and operate in a more commercial capacity.
