A new opportunity has been announced at a leading national insurer for an Insurance Consultant Surveyor to provide holistic account management services including surveying and consulting service to their clients within the Manchester and West Yorkshire regions.

They have specialist expertise and look at ways to increase their market share by gaining in depth knowledge of their clients and invest time and money into staff. The role involves managing key business accounts, providing consulting and surveying services to clients. Key focus will be on achieving business targets by maximising both new and existing accounts. You will need to carry out surveys, prepare and present reports and act as a technical point of reference providing support and coaching to others. The role also involves providing risk improvement recommendations to minimise future claims.
Basic salary between £32,000 and £38,000 depending on experience, plus an excellent range of benefits.
For your application to be considered, you will have previous experience in the Commercial Insurance sector within either a Risk Surveying or Account Executive role. Successful applicants will have a proven track record of account management and exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication and presentation skills are required along with effective customer awareness and current market knowledge. CII Diploma is essential and NEBOSH general certificate is preferred. This is a home based role but candidates will be required to reside close to Manchester to attend meetings at the company office.
