We are working with an independent commercial insurance brokerage that provide a wide range of insurance products and services for all types of commercial businesses. They believe in developing successful relationships with their clients by providing an expert and tailored service. The people within this business care about each other and it's quite a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
They have recently taken on a large and specialist self-hire account so are looking for a Claims Manager/Specialist to support this account and provide an outstanding claims service to this client.
You will be looking at loss ratios, cleansing aged claims, conducting claims reviews and working closely with Insurers. You will have a strong technical motor background and an understanding of credit hire. You will have strong relationship management skills as will be attending client meetings with Account Executives on occasion.
In return you will be offered a salary of £35,000, death in service benefit, medical cover and 25 days holiday.
