The Role

·Growth has created this role within an established, high performing team in the south of the Midlands (along the M5 covering Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire), working with the M/H/UHN community to acquire and retain their insurance business.
·You're role will be growth of your client portfolio, utilising a market leading proposition to build rapport and trust with clients and prospects, in order to advise on and provide solutions to their insurance requirements.
·This is a traditional AE role, providing a real variety to your day and requiring you to undertake all aspects of new and renewal business in order to contribute to ongoing regional growth.
·Whilst you will be target driven, there is a good degree of flexibility and autonomy to the role allowing you to work your own diary and plan, only in the office as required.

You

·You will demonstrate a track record of success in a private client Account Executive role, either with a rival 'national' broker, or in a smaller business where you have perhaps reached a glass ceiling.
·You will be comfortable dealing with affluent individuals and families, gaining their trust to win and retain profitable business.
·You will be polished, professional and ambitious, ready to join a market leader to further your career.
·ACII, or work towards, is preferred.
