Due to the continued acquisition of quality accounts, it seeks several new Account Handlers to join its Leeds office. As such, it can accommodate people in either the Corporate or Commercial Departments. Depending on your skills, experience and ambitions, you will work alongside Account Executives and Directors managing a varied portfolio of risks that could range in size and complexity; from SME cases paying a couple of thousand pound commission to corporates paying six figure fees.  Clients are from a range of industry sectors, both blue and white collar, and could include blue-chip household names.

This forward-thinking broker welcomes applications from both candidates from a broking or underwriting background, but it is essential that you have relevant exposure to commercial risks. You must also be a hardworking, team player who enjoys working to shared goals and objectives.  You should also have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be confident negotiating with insurers and dealing with clients from all walks of life.
