Cyber Claims Adjuster
The team covers international territories with a focus on the US and Canada and they place a high importance on providing a top level of service to Brokers and clients. The Cyber and Technology Claims Adjuster will work closely with the internal Incident Response Team to guide clients and triage incidents with the appropriate external response partners to deliver high quality response to cyber incidents. The role will entail handling Cyber and Technology claims from first notification of loss to settlement, claims administrative duties such as electronic file management filing and payment requests and the producing MI.
They are seeking an experienced claims professional with specific knowledge of international Cyber and Tech claims and who is capable of managing the work involved in cyber incidents and/or forensic investigations. Strong communication skills are key and use of ECF would be desirable along with study towards professional qualifications.
