Motor Claims Handler – Non Injury
This prestigious international insurance company is looking to appoint an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join its highly successful team in Leeds. As a Claims Handler, you’ll focus on handling a dedicated caseload of Non-Injury Motor Claims within your allocated authority level and to agreed customer service standards. Your role will include handling the FNOL and then subsequently dealing with your varied caseload of Accidental Damage, Credit Hire and all aspects of Third-Party claims (excluding Personal Injury).
Essentially, you’ll be able to demonstrate an empathetic approach to handling your policyholders’ claims and will take pride in the provision of the best possible customer service. You’ll take a proactive view at all times and will look to achieve expedient settlement of all claims, where appropriate. Experience of handing Motor claims will of course be a pre-requisite, however this insurer is happy to consider those with only FNOL experience who are looking to step up. Additionally, it is keen to entertain applications from experienced Non-Injury Claims Handlers who are keen to work for a true market-leader.
