This rapidly growing Claims and Risk specialist continues to create exciting new career opportunities within its centre of excellence in central Leeds. Our client is consistently acquiring new business portfolios and this exciting opportunity sits in the area of Building Guarantee / Warranty.
As a Senior Claims Handler operating in this specialist area of insurance, dealing with claims made against new house build warranties, you’ll be responsible for handling and resolving a technical and complex caseload within set service and authority levels. This will include setting case strategy, reserve allocation, liability assessment and the provision of regular claims management information and updates.
It is anticipated that you’ll be able to demonstrate proven experience gained from within the Property, Builder Guarantee/ Builder Warranty environment, and ideally, you will have also gained experience of Property claims handling from within the UK insurance marketplace too. We’re particularly keen to hear from individuals with professional surveying, loss adjusting and/or legal qualifications.
As a consummate professional in your field, you’ll be an eloquent communicator and negotiator who is able to confidently manage multi-party relationships and discussions. Additionally, you’ll be able display resilience, flexibility and adaptability in all that you do, and will ultimately take great pride in the delivery of an outstanding claims service at all times.
