A business who can offer a large amount of autonomy, a great support network and access to a substantial network of Brokers are looking for a BDM in their Kent office.
This rapidly expanding business are looking to bring someone on who is driven to grow their network of Broker connections, as well as manage and grow existing relationships. The ideal candidate will need solid relationship management experience as well as a solid knowledge of the broker market in the South East. Excellent academics as well as demonstrable experience within a development role in the insurance market.
