Business Development Manager
We are representing a long- established international insurer with a strong market presence across both the general insurance and financial services sectors. Based from prestigious city centre offices their Manchester team boasts high levels of technical expertise and is performing well.
We are working on their behalf to secure an experienced Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across the North West region. You will develop relationships with key brokers, taking responsibility for new business and retention of existing accounts along with managing rollover deals and delegated authority schemes.
To apply for the role it is essential that you are have insurance sales experience though candidates with a background in either Commercial or High Net Worth are welcome to apply. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate exposure to working with strategic broker partners and be well honed in developing these accounts. With a solution led approach will be confident in presenting to clients, negotiating and building robust relationships at board level. Essentially you must possess a trading mentality, with proven sales and negotiation ability.
