·Assist in achieving team client retention targets by providing an excellent level of
·Looking after a volume book of clients
·In some cases issuing client renewals manually and negotiating terms with underwriters
·Providing a high level of client service at all times
·Speaking with clients in regards to renewals, adjustments and taking payments
·Providing quotations to prospective clients, live loading information by phone and converting these into policies
·Speaking with underwriters as and when an enquiry falls outside of the delegated authority.
·Prioritise and handle all work promptly and accurately.
·Handle all queries, whether written or by telephone, in a professional manner and process
effectively in line with service standards.
·Chasing clients for payments and keeping debts up to date.
·Keeping up to date with your daily task manager
·Hitting team targets for retention and new business
·Attending events as and when required, sometimes outside of normal working hours
·Actively cross-sell products from other Divisions
·Process all work in an efficient and timely manner ensuring it is accurate and in line with procedures.
·Building rapport with your book of clients
·Attending client meetings when necessary
·Refer all queries that fall outside own experience, knowledge and authority to senior staff..
