The Company
Our client are an innovative service provider with ambitious growth plans, specialising in providing support and technology led solutions to major corporate organisations in the insurance sector.

The Role
Full operational and P&L responsibility for a major client process outsourced account, driving innovative solutions while maximising growth opportunities within the plan.

You will be responsible for shaping and driving the value led transformation project for the client and leading the operational leadership of the business/project.

A senior leadership role that spans both the operational performance and transformation for the external client, as well as managing and driving that relationship to secure additional growth opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have significant operational and transformational leadership experience as well as first class stakeholder management skills - a key element to the role is the dynamic between the role holder and the external client stakeholders.

Critical to this hire is prior knowledge of London market/Lloyd's of London processes and procedures - without this the client will not consider applicants.

What's on offer
On offer is a salary of between £100,000 and £120,000 plus benefits.
