9 times out of 10, should you move Brokers you'll have to start from scratch with no accounts to start off with. "Here's a blank piece of paper, your year 1 target is £60,000 new business income".

We are excited to be working closely with a well-established, award winning insurance business in Nottinghamshire who have an opportunity available to join the business as a Commercial Account Executive. This business is very good at what they do and have achieved a lot of success over the past 5-10 years.
Inheriting a small strategic book of clients, you will look to grow this via new business and referrals whilst receiving full support from an experienced broking team.
The new appointment will enjoy a very competitive basic salary, company car + bonus structure to incentivise performance.
To be considered, you'll be a well-rounded Commercial Account Executive with strong expertise within the SME and/or commercial insurance market. You will thrive working in a close-knit and supportive team, alongside a Business Leader.
