A leading uninsured loss recovery legal practice in Yorkshire is looking for a proven Litigation Manager to occupy an important strategic role within the department.
As part of a team dealing with credit hire, uninsured loss recovery cost from Insurers you will deal with large blue-chip companies dealing with all loss recovery. Indeed, anyone with a solid background in subrogated recovery or general commercial litigation is also strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience within small claims litigation credit hire and credit repair a must.
The role of a Litigation Manger will be to oversee a litigation team dealing with cases which are issued in the Courts of England and Wales.
You will need to be experienced in this type of litigation but someone who currently works for a National Law Firm acting for Insurers such large composite insurers necessarily in subrogated recovery but in say, defendant insurance litigation or uninsured loss claims and preferably someone who is known personally by these Insurers.
Management and / or team leadership skills are important as is experience of handling Insurer relationships. The role is particularly attractive as the candidate can take advantage of the firm's flexi time policy and is also able to work from home.
