IDEX Consulting are proud to be working exclusively with a successful broking outfit in Loughborough as they are keen to appoint a Client Account Executive to service and grow a book of business which is currently earning just shy of £150k income.

You'll have an initial bank of clients to service from day 1 superb, an opportunity to spot gaps in cover and cross-sell/up-sell additional products, even better!

With your passion for driving organic growth, As this Broker continues to win new business, you will be passed clients to service.

From a new business perspective, you are able to hit the ground running far quicker when you have an established account to walk into. This is where you can add the most value.

You are creative, innovative and like to offer an advice led service. These clients will know immediately that they are in a good pair of hands.

Sounds ideal, but is the former Account Executive going to be attacking these clients in year 2? No, not with this role as the original Account Executive isn't leaving.

This commercial specialist Insurance Broker in Loughborough have had a very strong 2019 / 2020 and are now looking to further strengthen their team. Due to this level of growth, they are offering an opportunity to a Senior Account Executive in the market who is needing a change, but perhaps not wanting to start from scratch again.

This firm are without doubt one of the industry leaders when it comes to employee engagement and recognition. Whether you are looking to be rewarded financially or through career progression, the leadership team will ensure you are engaged, kept happy and have a voice within the business (We have many case studies to share about this)

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll be a proven Commercial Account Executive or Account Director within the insurance industry. You'll be well versed in a broad range of commercial risks and have a track record of winning clients. Not by being the cheapest Broker out there, but by offering a consultative, advice-led service.

Many clients appoint this Broker based on their core values and the way they interact with them throughout the year. This means if you enjoy interacting with your clients inside and outside of work and like to be closer to the action, this would be the ideal place for you.

Who will you be working with?

As an Account Executive, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team in order to drive organic growth. You'll have access to a wide range of established Insurers with support from an in-house broking/Placing Manager. You will also be able to promote an in-house claims service to your client base, as well as be supported by an experienced account handling team.
