Underwriting Manager - D&O

IDEX has partnered with a major Insurer in the search for a Team Manager to lead a team of Commercial D&O Underwriters.

The Underwriting Manager will be responsible for driving business development through underwriting new and renewal business, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Brokers, assisting in D&O product development and thought leadership and executing D&O strategies. The Team Manager will also act as a referral point for Underwriters, have responsibility for coaching and mentoring them and take ownership for key outcomes.


Experienced London Market D&O professionals are sought for this role, ideally from an underwriting background, though Brokers will also be considered. Technically skilled Underwriters who also have a production focused mindset and multinational capabilities are desired. Coaching and referral experience is also key.
