A private equity backed, European broking house with a first class reputation within the specialty lines classes are looking build out a mergers and acquisitions ("M&A") insurance offering for the UK markets. The firm already have a presence broking warranty and indemnity insurance within a major financial hub and are looking to capitalise on the connections and infrastructure and develop the offering internationally.
We are looking to speak to a commercial and technically astute, Senior M&A Broker from the UK market who has appetite to develop and lead a UK offering with P&L responsibility.
