We're leading the search for a mergers and acquisitions insurance broking practice; the business is keen to grow its regional offering with a hire based in Edinburgh. The business operates in the £20m - £8bn) deal space advising real estate and private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I insurance ("warranty and indemnity") insurance policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.

We are looking to speak to a technically astute mergers and acquisitions professional from either a top-tier law or accounting firm interested in moving into a role outside of practice where he or she can utilise the skill-set they have developed within a commercial environment.
