We have been retained by an international broking house with an M&A insurance offering considered to be the go-to for private equity, real estate funds, institutional investors and corporate acquirer for the arrangement of W&I, tax and contingent risk policies. The team is looking to appoint a corporate / private equity or tax lawyer or accountant to lead on advising buyers and sellers on tax liability insurance arrangements. Deals are primarily multi-jurisdictional and cross-border deals for the upper-mid market to premium transactions. The wider team has an impressive roster of lawyers advising buyers and sellers warranty and indemnity insurance ("W&I") arrangements.
