We're leading the search for a Corporate Lawyer with experience of advising on private equity sponsored mergers and acquisitions deals who would be interested in moving into the M&A insurance space. The team operates in the premium space (£50m - £5bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals. We are looking to talk to a technically astute lawyer with commercial approach toward transactions with appetite to build a career within a growing industry - you will also have input the jurisdictions strategy.
