We have been retained by a mergers and acquisitions insurance brand looking to appoint a Senior Underwriter to the team to structure, design and place insurance policies for contingent risks - a contingent risk policy is essentially a tailor-made policy can be implemented within the context of a M&A transaction and offers coverage for a broad range of contingent legal risks for which neither party to the transaction will accept financial responsibility. We are keen to speak to commercial or insurance disputes Lawyers from top-tier law firms who have seen broad range of premium, international disputes or individuals at litigation funders with a clear understanding on how an insurance policy can de-risk a dispute. We would also be interested in talking to current market M&A Underwriter from the reps and warranties market interested in moving into the contingent risks space.
