We've been retained to lead the search for an insurance due diligence lead / head; working within a first-class M&A insurance practice you will take lead in building out the due diligence offering European wide. You will have access to investor-based clients which will be a mixture of corporates, infrastructure funds and private equity firms. The advice will be pre-acquisition due diligence. We are looking to speak to those experience within the insurance due diligence space specifically with private equity or M&A exposure with appetite to lead, build and manage a team.
