International Casualty Technical Manager - to £70,000
Join a top tier, global Lloyds broking business.
Within this role you will be responsible for leading and supporting the US and International Wholesale Casualty Broker back-up team, and the provision of day-to-day account management and servicing of our client's insurance programmes to support the retention and development of the business.
Additional key role responsibilities will include: preparing Client and London market documentation, obtaining quotes from key markets, managing the new business pipeline, project management work for specific key Clients, and effective and timely management of all renewals to ensure completion by the due date.
*Team Management and Leadership experience
*Excellent organisational skills
*Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with our US and International producers and clients
*North American and/or International Casualty experience
*Ability to prepare London market slips, endorsements, adjustments and accurate Client documentation
*Good understanding of Casualty clauses and wordings and how these are applied
*Experience preparing submissions and broking presentations for the Market
*Ability to work with the broking teams to prioritise workload and query any missing or incorrect content
*Capability to provide support to our lead brokers and to interact and build relationships with London and overseas markets on allocated accounts.
*Good understanding of International taxes and legal considerations
