We've been retained to lead the search for a Corporate Real Estate Lawyer interested in moving into the mergers and acquisitions insurance ("M&A Insurance") broking market advising a variety of buyers and sellers on the real estate aspects of W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals. The role would suit a technically astute Real Estate Lawyer with appetite to transfer that skill-set into insurance market. The role combines legal and commercial skills within the transactional environment.
