As a Branch Director to lead their commercial business, you will take on responsibility for driving the financial performance of the business, with full P&L responsibility.
Managing a team of Account Executives and support staff, you will drive the performance of the business whilst ensuring the organisation maintains its client first culture.
You will need to have a strong and proven leadership background, gained ideally within a commercial Broker environment along with experience of dealing with clients.
