To £90,000
An opportunity to investigate, manage and adjust new and existing claims primarily across US architect, engineering and solicitor professional lines.
You will also provide support across US financial lines D&O and general casualty claims.
Our client is looking for an experienced claims specialist who can engage strong technical and jurisdictional knowledge to form opinions on coverage, liability, damages, strategy, reserving and lead settlement negotiations.
In addition to assuming ownership and leadership of a designated portfolio of claims there will be the potential for the right candidate to act as the PI Claims Managers no.2 with a view to eventually taking over the role.
