The Networks and Engineering Manager will have 3 direct reports and c100 indirect and will have responsibility in the following areas:
  • Setting the overall strategy for the motor repair network
  • Monitoring performance of the repair network and identifying issues and performance failings as well as overseeing regular reviews against anticipated demand to ensure that sufficient resource is in place to meet business growth
  • Making recommendations for service level enhancements, contract revisions and process improvement
  • Accountability for audits on a system thinking / risk based approach - Technical and Customer Experience
  • Recognising financial opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality

Individuals wishing to apply to this role should have:
  • Technical motor repair knowledge including understanding of PAS 125/equivalent BSI
  • Experience in a senior management capacity
  • Wide motor market knowledge
  • The ability to understand and interpret MI
  • Previous experience in engineering would also be ideal, but not essential
